My name is Jesse Bearden I am 33 years old. I have been in the DJ industry since 2002 and have been working with Event Team Entertainment since 2008. My wife, Hollie, and I have been married since 1998 and welcomed our first child in 2006. We are currently expecting our second child, another son, in April of 2009. Originally I became a DJ because of my love of music but I quickly found that the most rewarding experiences in this job come from the personal relationships that can be formed by working with people who choose to include me in helping them with their once in a lifetime event.

I learned first hand at my wedding 10 years ago the impact that a DJ can have in making or breaking an event. The person I hired showed up late to the event, played the wrong songs during the ceremony, disregarded my song requests and was unwilling or unable to make effective announcements as an MC, my photographer missed many key shots as a result. These factors ultimately led to a mass exodus of my guests long before the party was supposed to end. We were disappointed that we had spent so much time and money to have the day marred by the actions of one person. This rooted my idea that this industry should be based around careful planning and creating personal relationships so that I can have a clear understanding of my clients expectations for their special occasion.

It has been great working with Event Team Entertainment because as a company they work with and continue to upgrade their technology to bring new and fun ideas to the table that allow their customers the opportunity to craft an event that will be unlike any other without compromising the personal service. As a DJ/MC I have worked at over 500 events and have learned one thing for certain. No two events are exactly the same. Through music, interaction and my performance I strive to represent my clients personalities. I am not hired to showcase my skills as an Entertainer, but rather to put the spotlight on the true "Star" that evening - The Bride & Groom!
